Cloud based web portal

  • An easy to use dashboard allowing monitoring of current jobs with alerts if a cleaner has accepted or declined their rota for that day, when a job has been completed and tracking of cleaner locations on a map.
  • Manage cleaners details including DBS documents, contracts, NVQ Certificates etc
  • Manage cleaners rotas with drag and drop feature.
  • System automatically updates rotas based on jobs assigned with alert activated if a cleaner has booked in a holiday that clashes with the rota.
  • Manage clients details including job requirements, job frequency (one off or recurring), any allergies or phobias that may affect cleaner’s assigned to work for that client.

Domestic Goddesses Cleaning Services provide professional cleaning services to commercial and domestic customers in Barnsley and the surrounding areas. 

They were becoming overwhelmed with their current paper based system which was time consuming and no longer working for them, they were desperate to find a new way to manage their business.

Using our subscription service they received a tailor-made cleaner rota & time sheet management system including a cloud based web portal and mobile apps to run on both Android & Apple devices. This enabled them to streamline how the business ran and made it easier for them to be able to manage everything in one place.

Both were built from the ground up with digital accessibility and language translation features incorporated into the software. 

This equipped a team member with the essential tools to easily navigate and work with the software after a recent visual condition diagnosis and being fully adaptable the software can seamlessly integrate a range of digital accessibility tools if the condition worsens.

Language translation also accommodates any employees who’s first language isn’t English.

  • Being tailor-made, the website is fully adaptable and flexible, allowing features to be added or removed as their charity grows and evolves.
  • he software is regularly updated and upgraded to run on the latest version to ensure it is always up to date. These are done without any downtime to the website.
  • If information is accidentally added to the wrong area or is deleted by mistake there is the option to restore the website site from a previous version, easily and quickly. 
  • Restricted access can be set up for different departments or individual team members.
  • Digital accessibility toolbar providing essential accessible tools to help a variety of visitors easily navigate and interact with their website.
  • Visitors selecting to use the toolbar only alters how content looks on their own device but remains exactly the same for everyone else visiting their website.

Howgill Family Centre is a registered Charity with a national reputation for innovative practise in its work with families and children. 

Their old website was outdated and they wanted a new website that would better suit their needs, promote their services and attract more visitors to their site. 

The website was built using a tailor-made template which is fully responsive, engaging and interactive with a cheerful design that matched their branding and showcased all their services. It has a simple content management system to make it easy for their staff to add and edit content.

They wanted their website to provide the necessary tools so anyone needing their services would be able to navigate their website easily, irrelevant of ability or language. 

Integrating a tailor-made accessibility toolbar and language translation features enabled them to reach a larger more diverse group of people and played a pivotal role in helping them achieve their goal of being more inclusive.

  • Embeddable online reservations form for use on their web site.
  • Enables a customer to book a table that has wheelchair access, high chairs, ground floor and more.
  • Email confirmations of reservations and Email reminders to customers to help reduce no-shows.
  • On screen notifications for new online reservations and cancellations.
  • Colour coding to show if a reservation has come from telephone call, online or via a walk in.
  • Options to move a reservation from one table to another and limit what tables are available to book online.
  • Full access to a test training site prior to the system going live to ensure everything was working as they needed it to.
  • The software is fully adaptable and flexible, allowing features to be added or removed as the restaurant grows and evolves.

Zest Harbourside is a cafe and restaurant in Whitehaven Cumbria.

They were using an off the shelf software package to help manage their restaurant reservations both online and on site but it didn't fit their business needs.

They were having to make compromises which were extremely labour intensive and wanted a more flexible system, tailored around their requirements and would do what they needed it to do.

Using our subscription service they received a restaurant reservation and table management software application, tailor-made and built from the ground up. The software has the option to integrate tailor-made digital accessibility and language translation features should an employee require this, helping them provide a more inclusive workplace.

They also received an online reservation system that seamlessly integrated into their existing website, which also has the option to be able to integrate digital and language translation features. 

They were able to access a test training site to check everything was working exactly as they needed it to and were given full support helping them transition from their old software to the new with no interruption to business or lost data.
